If an item needs to be returned or exchanged, you may do so within 15 days for a refund of the purchase price less shipping fees and applicable taxes, or exchange for a different item. Credit, if issued, will be issued to the credit card used on your original purchase.
If an item is shipped in error (i.e. wrong item or size), a prepaid shipping label will be sent so you can return the product at no cost to exchange for the correct size or product.
